Our Board of Directors

Bill Young, is president of Social Capital Partners, a philanthropic organization located in Toronto that supports social enterprises across Canada. Bill has been on the ICD Board since its start-up in 2002 as well.

Harvey Smith, is a city of Winnipeg counselor representing Daniel McIntyre Ward in the inner city. He has been on the ICD Board for the past two years.

Sherman Kreiner, is Executive Director, Community Renewal Corporation at the University of Winnipeg. Sherman, a Director of Community Ownership Solutions for the past seven years, has been involved with ICD since prior to its start-up in 2002. He joined the ICD Board in early 2006.

Dennis Lewycky, is Research and Communication Representative at the Canadian Union of Public Employees. Dennis is also a COS Board member and has been on the ICD Board since early 2006. Dennis is currently the Board Chair.
